This page describes what Nbeeeh collects, what it doesn't, and how the small amount of information it does store is handled. It's short on purpose.
What we collect
Two things, and only if you create an account:
- Your email and password. The password is stored as a one-way hash; nobody — including us — can read it back.
- Your reading progress. Which articles you've completed, your quiz scores, your streak. That's it.
If you use Nbeeeh without signing in, your progress stays in your browser only. Nothing is sent anywhere.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data. There is nobody to sell it to.
- We do not show ads, run analytics, or load tracking pixels.
- We do not follow you around the internet.
- We do not collect your real name, age, location, or device fingerprint.
The only third-party service the site loads is Google Fonts, for two typefaces. Google may see your IP address when those load, but receives nothing else from Nbeeeh.
Where your data lives
When you create an account, your email and progress are stored in a Supabase database. All connections use HTTPS. If you use Nbeeeh without an account, the data lives in your browser's local storage and is removed when you clear your browser.
Children
Nbeeeh is designed for daily reading practice and is appropriate for children. We collect nothing beyond what is described above. If you are a parent or guardian setting up an account for a child, please do so yourself and stay involved.
Your rights
You can ask to delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Email us and we'll erase it within a few days.
Changes
If we ever change how data is handled, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. We will not retroactively change how previously-collected data is used.
